Monday Oct. 20th

Great news about Leslie's sister, Jaime. She was able to go home Sunday and is doing really well. She'll come back to the doctor in about a week for a check up to be sure everything is healing correctly. Leslie went back home on Sunday as well. We'll miss her but we're so glad we got to visit!
Caroline had a good day today. She woke up at 8:30 for a bottle and then went back to sleep until 12:45! It was nice for me to sleep so late. Especially after she woke me up at 1:30, 2:30, and 3:45 for her paci. I can't wait until she learns to put it back in her mouth on her own. She's just not quite able to get it straight when it falls out. She's getting really good at rolling over and she's starting to scoot on the floor a little bit. But no signs of crawling yet. She's really starting to get a sense of humor. Now she will laugh at things you say and noises you make. Not just in response to tickling or bouncing. And she's starting to want to always be in the room with someone. She doesn't like to be by herself for very long. She's also started to hold her arms up when she wants you to pick her up. It's so cute! But the cutest thing she does now is play "peek-a-boo" with a blanket or rag. She'll pull it up in front of her face and after you say "Where's Caroline?" she pulls it down really quick and grins - to which you have to say "there she is!" and she gets SO excited! It's absolutely adorable! She's growing up so fast.....
